Why isn't the audit free?

Free audits are usually an automated tool export made to look like a sales pitch. Ours takes a real person about 10 business days. They look at your code, check what AI tools currently say about you, and write you a real plan.

Do I get the $500 back?

Yes, in full, off your first invoice on any package. If you're planning to work with us either way, there's no real reason to skip it.

Why does the price say "from" instead of a flat number?

A small local site and a large multi-market store aren't the same job. The listed price covers a standard single-market site. We'll confirm your exact number before you sign anything.

Can I move up to a different package later?

Yes. Most clients start with Growth or Authority, then move to Domination once they're seeing results and want to move faster.

Do you just send recommendations, or actually do the work?

We do the work. Give us access to your site and our team makes the changes directly. You won't be handed a PDF and left to figure out implementation on your own.

What if something isn't working?

We tell you. Every report includes what didn't move, not just what did. If something underperforms for a few months straight, that's a conversation about changing course, not a reason to keep billing you quietly.
